By the year 2006, when i was still studying college, i am at my 3rd year as an accountancy student, This is the time i started writing and composing songs. At first, i never imagine that i could ever do even one song coz i just learned to play the basic of the guitar in 2005. Everything started when one evening, as i go on to spent a time, meditating on the word of God and making my devotion. After my devotion, i go outside of the house and without no reason i stared at the light post and start asking to myself a question, what will happen if there is no light post in the street? Definitely, this question can be answered easiliy. If there is no light post along the street, many accidents might happen for people doesn't see anything but darkness. Bad things could happen to people since it is dark, there will be no more fear for someone to do bad things to other. The reality is that it is hard to live in the darkness or let just say "living with darkness". In our lives, its important that something lights our life so that we can avoid the disasters that could happen on us. We need a light to show us what to do, where to go and when to go. We need a light that will guide us in every circumstances that we have. Living in darkness could only make our life empty, seeing things that there is no more tomorrow, no more hope. But living in a life with lights that guides us make things become clearer and leads us to a more meaningful, a right path where there is hope and a life with purpose. A purpose that directs each and everyone to main reason why we are created on earth. So, Who could be that light? John 9:5 says, "While I am in the world, I am the light of the world", the light that man should see and accept in there lives is none other than the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord is the only one who could light up our life that will open our eyes to see and find that our very purpose is for God's pleasure. Only in Christ we could find real purpose, joy and peace like no other. Only in Christ we are redeemed, forgiven and save. Ask Jesus to open your eyes and see the beauty of living with purpose, peace and joy with a light that leads us to his righteousness.
